AVOID JAIL AND EXPUNGE YOUR RECORD

Good news! There can still be life after getting charged with a crime. If you qualify for a Judicial Diversion, you can avoid jail and have your record expunged. It's not a cake walk, but it sure beats going to jail and having a criminal record.

Generaly speaking, an eligible defendant: a) does not have any felony convictions or Class A misdmeanor convictions involving a jail sentence, and b) is not seeking diversion on a sexual offense, a DUI, Class A or B felony, or abuse of public office. (T.C.A. 40-35-313). Watch this video to see if you qualify!
